Whisky Club of Big Canoe - August 21st from 6-8 pm at Village Station!

Share your favorite bottle of bourbon, scotch, Irish Whiskey, or Japanese whisky with us. We like to taste whiskies from all over the world, tasting before buying, or simply share a bottle that you rather not drink by yourself. We currently have 36 bottles to try with club members.

This month we will discuss the opportunities of a whisky collection, how to find bottles that you are interested in, how to store your newly added whiskies, why you should keep a detailed inventory, and much more. 

The monthly meetings will provide plenty of education about whiskies from around the world. 

We like to taste and share whiskies from all over the world, tasting before buying or simply sharing a bottle that you instead not drink by yourself. The number of bottles entered into the bottle-share program has now reached over 50 whiskies for around the world.

The Irish Whiskey tasting is just one of many special events offered to members of the Whisky Club of Big Canoe. All of our events provide the opportunity to share your whisky journey and learn more about whiskies from around the world.

We invite whisky experts to share excellent details about the whisky industry. They talk about the distribution system in the USA, importing and marketing new whiskies, and whisky-specific components.

The Signature expression shows bright topaz hues on appearance which open a door to orchard fruit profiles, macerated black cherry and biscuit notes balancing the zest of marmalade jam, lingering cocoa and dark-berry flavours.

North-Eastern Victoria is widely regarded as the unchallenged capital of fortified wines. Vines came to Rutherglen along with the Gold Rush of the 1850s with the region steeped in colonial history of the late Victorian era. The regions lush rolling hills form the banks of what is known as Victoria’s Riverland, fed from Australia’s mighty Snowy Mountains and Murray River.

Creamy mouthfeel packed full of rich dark fruits and sweet malt notes, which give way to sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice.
